Berkeley City Council Agenda: Labor Agreements, Street Maintenance Funding, and Ballot Measures on Housing and Infrastructure The Berkeley City Council will address a new labor agreement with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers and a side letter of agreement with SEIU Local 1021. Additionally, the council will consider a policy to allocate $8 million annually for street maintenance. Council members will also be designated to file ballot measure arguments for the November 8, 2022 election.
