Berkeley City Council will discuss a variety of issues, including a letter supporting the Cherokee Nation delegate, the Fair Workweek Ordinance, amendments to the Sign Ordinance, and the continuation of the COVID-19 emergency proclamation. They will also consider contracts for electric vehicle charging stations, a specialized care unit, and architectural services, as well as funding for affordable housing at the North Berkeley BART site. Additional topics include a resolution for Berkeley High School's parking structure project, a workforce analysis presentation, and a proposal to dedicate parking for zero-emission vehicles.
