The council is expected to discuss labor negotiations with the Berkeley Police Association, two potential litigation cases, and performance evaluations for the city manager, city attorney and director of police accountability. It will also consider lease price and terms with Modern Sailing for city-owned space on the second floor of 125–127 University Avenue.
