Closed-session consideration of a potential employment-related litigation claim; confidential conference with labor negotiators regarding collective bargaining and contract matters with Berkeley Fire Fighters Association Local 1227 I.A.F.F., Berkeley Chief Fire Officers Association Local 1227 I.A.F.F., Berkeley Fire EMS Professionals Association, Berkeley Police Association, SEIU 1021 Community Services and Part‑Time Recreation Activity Leaders, SEIU 1021 Maintenance and Clerical, IBEW Local 1245, Public Employee Union Local 1, and Unrepresented Employees; public employee performance evaluation of the City Manager; and subsequent public reporting of any actions taken, including direction to negotiators, potential settlement authority, confidentiality safeguards, and compliance with Government Code requirements.
