John Sanford‑Leffingwell et al., Pitts v. City of Berkeley et al.; consideration of existing litigation and potential initiation of litigation in Joseph v. TAK Broadband CA, LLC et al. and Berkeley Homeless Union et al. v. City of Berkeley et al.; and receipt of a public report of actions taken in closed session and potential legal strategies, settlement authorization, and direction to staff and counsel concerning claims and litigation management.
