| Additional notes | 4 pm to 6 pm towaway\nto whom it may concern: city of berkeley sep. 2023 i am submitting additional evidence for my appeals of citation #64661808 with additional video evidence that cannot be uploaded using the existing portal. please see below of videos linked. summary of evidence: ticket alleges that the vehicle was parked at 2608 ashby avenue block. video evidence indicates: 1. no observed crack on the street of the 2608 ashby block that align with the citation photo (video 1) 2. car was actually in 2515 block of ashby avenue. round crack on this curb matches shape in citation photo.
